Account suspension
Suspensions, and the email they send to the mailbox they just turned off.
An account suspension takes everything at once — instances, buckets, DNS, and the mail server the notice was sent to. There is usually no warning and rarely a stated reason. The appeal runs through the same support system the suspension just cut you off from, and the only reliable escalation anyone reports is a public post that gets noticed. If your business is inside one AWS account, this category is the argument for it not being.

They suspended my account, took my email server down with it, then told me to read the email they sent me
AWS suspended the account running my mail server. The suspension notice was delivered by email. To the mailbox they had just switched off. 202 domains went dark.
